This double-sided Scaffold Inspection Tag provides a clear way to record important erection, inspection and safety information directly at the scaffold.

The green front is headed “SCAFFOLD TAG – Erection and Inspection Record” and includes spaces for the supervisor to record the location, reference number, requested by, built by, date and signature.

It also allows the scaffold duty classification to be identified as Light Duty, General Purpose, Heavy Duty or Special Purpose, with a separate section for the inspector’s signature and inspection date.

The yellow reverse provides a highly visible warning and an authorised-person inspection record with spaces for dates and signatures. It also includes fields for the number of rungs, standards and lifts, area of boarding and the structure decommissioned date.

Designed to fit the matching Scaffold Tag Holder available separately from Hazard Signs NZ.
