This complete Scaffold Inspection Tag & Holder Set provides a clear and practical system for displaying scaffold erection, inspection and status information at the scaffold access point.

The set includes a reusable Scaffold Tag Holder and one double-sided Scaffold Inspection Tag.

The green front of the inspection tag provides an erection and inspection record, with spaces for supervisor details, location, reference number, scaffold duty classification, inspector signature and inspection date.

The yellow reverse provides a warning and authorised-person inspection record, including spaces for ongoing inspection dates and signatures along with scaffold information and the structure decommissioned date.

The inspection tag slides securely into the reusable holder, keeping the scaffold information clearly visible.

If the inspection tag is removed or missing, the permanent red warning on the holder becomes visible:

“Do not use this equipment – Information tag is missing”

Replacement inspection tags are available separately, allowing the holder to be reused.
