This reusable Scaffold Tag Holder provides a convenient way to display scaffold inspection and status information at the scaffold access point.

The matching Scaffold Inspection Tag slides securely into the holder, keeping the erection and inspection record visible for workers, supervisors and inspectors.

An important feature of the holder is the permanent warning displayed underneath the removable inspection tag. When the tag is removed or missing, the holder clearly displays:

“Do not use this equipment – Information tag is missing”

This provides an immediate visual warning that the scaffold inspection information is not available.

The large circular opening at the top allows the holder to be fitted at a suitable scaffold location, while the moulded retaining clips hold the inspection tag securely in position.
